The product codes presented on our electronic store will contribute to the convenience of the ordering procedure.

Return policy

The delivery expenses for the return of the products are charged wholly to the customer. The delivery charges depend on the postal code your area and the weight of the merchandise. Returns of the goods are accepted only if they are in the exact condition they were when received and if accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. The right to withdrawal cannot be redeemed on on goods constructed in accordance with the particular specifications of the consumer or individualization for the particular consumer.

The delivery of return goods can only be carried out from from the address declared initially for their deliverance which has been proved in writing.

Provided the products are in the initial condition free from damage and wear and within the 14 days of their delivery, our company will return the full amount of the worth of the products to the consumer, using the same means of payment  the customer used in the initial transaction (unless the customer has verbally agreed to a different method). In every case the return of the charge of returned goods will be carried out when we have been informed in writing for the application for the return of the goods by filling in the form of withdrawal φόρμα υπαναχώρησης (εδώ)and we will accept their return providing the goods have been delivered to our transport company.

If the returned goods have been damaged or worn through culpability on the part of the customer or the product has been mishandled undermining the purpose  of the product and Lessing the worth in comparison to the amount returned to the customer by www.riaro.gr the difference in amount will be subtracted from the amount returned to the customer.

Apart from the rights with the policy of returned goods, we recognize that in all cases, all the rights are maintained for the consumer upheld by legislation and laws related to the agreement of sales and whatever right may arise relating to the terms of product guarantee.
